Job summary

Dollar Tree in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties, including cash register duties, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety and integrity of cash and assets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle physical tasks regularly.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities
