Job summary

Dollar Tree in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly, customer-focused service with integrity and teamwork. A high school diploma is preferred, prior retail experience is a plus, and the job requires lifting 30–50 lbs in a dynamic store environment. This is a part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining clean, neat, and presentable store areas including bathrooms.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
