Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties. You will interact with customers and team members in a friendly, efficient manner, while maintaining clean, organized spaces and a secure cash environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Part-time scheduling and team collaboration are core aspects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent moving/standing tasks with/without accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive, respectful environment.
• Manage sales transactions on the assigned cash register.
