Job summary

Royal Farms seeks a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership with food service, POS transactions, and store upkeep. You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism, helping ensure an exceptional retail experience and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, assisting with age-restricted sales, preparing made-to-order items, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe store conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and follow Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: prior experience in food service or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and friendly service.
• Operate the register, scan and bag items, handle payments and ID checks for age-restricted products.
• Assist customers with purchases requiring staff help (tobacco, lottery, etc.).
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages; ensure quality and speed of service.
• Restock, check expiration codes, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
