Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will engage customers with friendly, efficient service and handle POS transactions, fuel purchases, and product assistance. You’ll also prepare made-to-order food and beverages while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include restocking, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming store environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and helping with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, and assist with fuel and gift card transactions while maintaining drawer balance.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages following recipes and quality standards.
• Restock products and monitor expiration dates, ensuring a fully stocked store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, report unsafe conditions, and follow SOPs.
