ProLift Toyota Material Handling in Cleveland is seeking a Field Service Support Supervisor to coach technicians, guide skill development, and review proficiency. Build long-lasting customer relationships by aligning needs with measurable goals and timely service.

Ideal candidate has HS diploma, 2+ years in material handling, 1-3 years supervisory, and basic mechanical skills; strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of material handling industry experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Basic mechanical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Office 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Technicians in the field and address their needs
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up
• Customer visits and handling service disputes, quotes and relations
• Monitor daily PM completion/repairs to exceed customer expectations
• Communicate professionally with associates, managers and customers
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s philosophies and the Toyota Lean Management approach
