Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Support Supervisor to guide technicians in the field, mentor teams, and review skill proficiency while building strong customer relationships and meeting scheduled work objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in material handling, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and basic mechanical skills, plus proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in the material handling industry.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Basic mechanical experience.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel (Office 365).
• Excellent verbal and written communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support Technicians in the field, addressing needs and training.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct customer visits and manage service disputes, quotes, and relationships.
• Monitor daily PM completion and repairs to exceed customer expectations.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Promote the company philosophies and Lean Management principles.
