National Car Rental at Indianapolis Airport is seeking an Exit Booth Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service through the rental process, greet customers, assist Emerald Aisle members, and ensure quick transactions.

The position requires at least 18 years old, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of customer service/retail experience; a valid license with clean driving history is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 2 years.
• No drug/alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle members our refueling option and assist as needed.
• Maintain the Exit Booth appearance and keep the area neat.
• Stock Exit Booth with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide customers with undivided attention and greet them.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information; resolve issues.
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service levels.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; pursue skill development.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

This position pays $16 / hour plus potential bonus opportunities and is located at the Indianapolis Airport - 7801 Col H Weir Cook Mem Dr, Suite 151, Indianapolis, IN 46241.

• Thursday: 4:00pm to 12:00am

• Sunday: 4:00pm to 12:00am

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image
• Ensure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth
• Make eye contact and greet all customers
• Thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary
• Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
