The role involves greeting customers, processing rental documents, and assisting Emerald Aisle members with vehicle selection and refueling options.

The position offers benefits and a starting pay of $15 per hour plus monthly bonuses. The schedule includes evening shifts and days off, with responsibilities ranging from maintaining booth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service/retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering refueling option.
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies for customers.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact and greet all customers.
• Thank customers at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve service issues.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to meet service levels and improve performance.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

The pay for this position starts at $15 / hour plus monthly bonus opportunities.

• Thursday: 4:00pm to Close

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
