Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at the CVG area. You will greet customers, process returns, and ensure efficient, friendly service throughout the rental cycle. The role involves outdoor work, standing for long periods, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service, retail or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Ensure customers check for personal belongings before leaving.
• Identify items found with unit number, date and time and turn into lost and found.
• Advise on charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide professional information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers and assess satisfaction, documenting any issues.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct to counter for reports.
• Verify fuel level when returning a vehicle.
• Complete a service alert for mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify system-hold vehicles and ensure correct movement to lots.
• Tag vehicles flagged for grounding or maintenance and relocate properly.
• Keep the lot organized for access and traffic flow.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work outdoors in all weather; stand for long periods.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

The starting pay for this position is $15.00 / hour.

This position is located at the Cincinnati Airport (CVG) - 3057 Terminal Drive Hebron, KY 41048.

The schedule available is:

• Monday - OFF
• Tuesday - OFF
• Wednesday - OFF
• Thursday - 4:00am to 2:00pm
• Friday - 4:00am to 2:00pm
• Saturday - 4:00am to 2:00pm
• Sunday - 4:00am to 2:00pm

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• This position does involve working outdoors in all types of weather and involves standing on your feet for the duration of the shift.
