Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Service Leads, Operations and Vendors to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, pricing, proofs and delivery dates.
• Track proofs, production timelines and shipping information to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve issues and manage rush or complex requests to keep projects moving.
