Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our West Babylon location. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, managing rentals with U-Scan, and ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use.

The role includes lifting, operating forklifts (certification offered), and educating customers on product options. Starting pay aligns with our competitive rates, and on-the-job education is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluid levels on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install towing and trailer wiring and explain package options.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
