Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment on the lot while explaining product options.

The role offers on-the-job education, a starting pay of $15.92 per hour, and on-the-spot interviews with potential signing bonuses. We provide health insurance, holidays, and a range of employee perks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers about products and services and prepare rental invoices.
• Accept equipment returns and install hitches and trailer wiring.
