Job summary

U-Haul in Taunton, MA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, product information, and questions.

You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, inspect equipment, assist with hitch fittings, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University; the role includes safety responsibilities and eligibility for certifications.

Qualifications

• Assist customers with rentals, products and services.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Be able to communicate clearly and help customers effectively.
• Certifications for propane and forklift may be offered on employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Perform propane fill; forklift certification may be offered on employment.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
