Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Riverside, CA to be the face of our service, assist customers, and ensure smooth equipment rentals and returns. You will work with our team to provide top‑notch support, learn new tools, and grow through on‑the‑job education.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn with U-Haul certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team and assist customers with products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operations (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
