Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Redlands, CA to be the face of our service and assist customers on their journeys. You will use U-Scan tech to handle rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment. The role offers on-the-job education and a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and prepare rental invoices.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
