Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pennsauken, NJ. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and dispatch. The role includes lifting and moving equipment and educating customers on our products.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-facing skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Able to assist customers with products and services and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Explain products and services, prepare invoices and process returns.
