Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a customer service mindset and be able to assist customers both inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license may be needed for some tasks.
• Experience with basic store tech or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
