Job summary

U-Haul in Auburn, ME is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and related needs. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is safe and ready for customers.

The role involves assisting customers, answering questions, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Haul’s smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
