Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Morton, IL to be the friendly face of our service teams. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and dispatch using U-Scan technology to manage rentals.

On-the-job education is provided; a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Compensation ranges with incentives and benefits are included in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
