Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lincolnshire, IL. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and related services using U-Scan technology.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing education. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Eligible benefits and a hiring bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane and forklift experience may be required.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
