Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kaukauna, WI to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and inquiries. You will use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and rentals, calibrate equipment, and help customers throughout their journey.

The role includes inspecting and hooking up trucks, preparing invoices, and participating in U-Haul education programs. A positive, proactive attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
