Job summary

U-Haul in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Customer Service Representative who is a people person and loves helping others. You will be the face of our service, assist customers with U-Haul products and services, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

This role offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus upon certification. U-Haul provides health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, a 401(k)/ESOP and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers.
