Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gilbert, AZ to assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, and provide friendly service. The role uses U-Scan tech to manage rentals, inspect gear, and educate customers about products and services.

You will join a supportive team with on-the-job education and avenues for advancement; a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus are offered per program details at stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
