Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Blaine, Minnesota. You will help customers with U-Haul products and services, inspect equipment, and use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks/trailers, inspecting gear on the lot, and educating customers about offerings while supporting a friendly team. On-the-job education and a competitive hourly wage accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, including safety checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
