Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Paul, MN to assist customers with products and services. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment while ensuring safety and accuracy.

This on-the-job role offers paid interviews and performance bonuses, with opportunities to advance and participate in U-Haul University training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
