Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Minnesota to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers, while inspecting equipment on the lot and educating customers about products and services.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Training opportunities, safety protocols, and ongoing education through U-Haul University are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to operate U-Scan technology and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Safe operation of equipment; participate in U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
