Job summary

U-Haul in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, move and hook up trucks, and educate customers on products and services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions from customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned.
