Job summary

U-Haul seeks a customer service-oriented representative to assist customers both inside and outside the center, managing rentals and equipment inspections with U-Scan tech. You will help educate customers on products, prepare invoices, and handle returns.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Training is provided; on-the-job education and career opportunities accompany a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
