Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team in Warwick, RI. You will help customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setup while using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and processes.

You will participate in ongoing training and certifications, including propane and forklift handling after employment. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and use U-Haul technology for rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, check fluids.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certifications offered after employment).
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
