U-Haul seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative in Newport, RI to be the face of our service a nd help customers with rentals, equipment checks, and education on products. The role uses U-Scan tech and involves moving trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, and assisting customers on site and remotely.

The position offers on-the-job education, a $16/hour starting pay, 20–25 hours per week, and potential bonuses; it is not eligible for employer sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions.
