Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Pawtucket, RI. You will be the face of our exceptional service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and education on products and services.

Responsibilities include managing rentals with U-Scan, moving trucks, inspecting equipment, and completing invoices. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required. Training and certification opportunities are offered at employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
