Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cathedral City, CA. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers. The role includes inspecting equipment, answering questions, and preparing invoices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
