Job summary

U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, MS to be the friendly face of our rental services. You will help customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, and assist with vehicle and equipment preparation.

The role offers on-the-job education, a fast-paced team environment, and opportunities to advance as you build strong customer relations and ensure smooth roadside journeys for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
