U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, assisting customers with products, rentals, and related needs while ensuring equipment is ready for use.

You will work with a supportive team, use U-Scan tech to track rentals, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University. Competitive benefits and on-the-job education are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
