U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and assist with moving and inspecting equipment at the lot. A strong emphasis on safety and customer education is required.

The role offers on-the-job education, potential for advancement, and a range of employee benefits. Training includes certification for hitching, trailer wiring, and forklift operation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments or retail settings.
• Ability to use mobile/tech tools for managing rentals and inventory.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
