Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rental transactions with U-Scan, and help with equipment inspections and hook-ups. Training is provided on the job to ensure you can guide customers on all U-Haul products and services.

The role emphasizes safety, customer education, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within the company and participate in ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
