U-Haul in Laredo, Texas, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals and equipment. You will operate U-Scan tech, assist with truck hookups, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.

The role offers on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement and employee perks. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered after employment).
• Drive forklift (certification offered after employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
