Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX to be the face of our exceptional service and help customers on their journeys. You will inspect and maintain equipment, assist customers, and use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return rentals, with on-the-job education available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
