Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative at our Crum Lynne, PA location. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and returns while using U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

This is a on-site role with potential for growth and employee education opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting customers, moving trucks, and performing equipment checks with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver''s license with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
