Job summary

U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our rental center, helping customers with products, services, and equipment inspections. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals, move and hook up trucks, and ensure invoices and returns are accurate.

This on-site role includes continuous on-the-job education and a chance to grow with a trusted national brand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
