Job summary

U-Haul is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and on-site support at the State College location. You’ll use U-Scan tech to manage inventories and assist customers with questions and payments, while maintaining safety and reliability of equipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-the-job learning, and a fast-paced environment with opportunities for hands-on training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
