Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of U-Haul, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and returns.

You’ll use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and coordinate drive-in services, while assisting with hitch installations and propane fill-ups where certified. This on-site role includes on-the-job education and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certifications provided upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
