Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, educating customers, and processing invoices on site. Responsibilities include safety checks, propane fills and forklift operation (certifications offered on employment).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and return equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane fill (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
