Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with products and rentals at the Orlando location. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers on services.

The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities to grow within the company, with requirements including a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
