Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando to assist customers with products and services, manage rentals via U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers. The role includes inspecting equipment, educating customers, and processing invoices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids checks.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
