U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and support. You’ll work as part of a team, using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, with on-the-job education and growth.

The role emphasizes aiding customers, learning our processes, and contributing to a helpful, fast-paced environment at our Sherwood location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
