Job summary

U-Haul in Baraboo, WI seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers by inspecting and maintaining equipment, using U-Scan tech to dispatch, and answering questions.

We offer on-the-job education and a starting pay of $15.00+ per hour, with bonuses of $100 and $300 upon milestones. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, 401(k), ESOP, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
