Job summary

Lumenis, based in the United States with a Miami location, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and repair our medical technology at customer sites. The role requires traveling 60%+ and delivering on-site and remote support to ensure optimal system uptime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, training customers, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical certification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Valid driver's license

Nice to Have

• Experience with industrial, medical, or automation equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, networking, or control systems
