This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong customer interaction, and the ability to travel extensively. Responsibilities include on-site installation, diagnosing mechanical/electrical/software issues, preventive maintenance, and training customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving in real-world environments, and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do
